Media Services Group's Robert J. Massini Named Chief Transition Officer For Communicom Stations By Bankruptcy Court

MEDIA SERVICES GROUP's ROBERT J. MACCINI has been appointed Chief Transition Officer for the four COMMUNICOM stations by U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of COLORADO, overseeing the sale of the stations to four different buyers for a total of $2.125 million.
The stations were auctioned off on MAY 30th, with Religion WDRJ-A/DETROIT going to TFG HOLDINGS, INC./GREAT LAKES RADIO - DETROIT, LLC for $375,000; Religion WLNO-A/NEW ORLEANS sold to FIRST CITIZENS BANK AND TRUST, the lender for that facility, under a credit bid of $725,000; SALEM buying Religion KXXT-A/PHOENIX for $575,000; and BUFORD H. ORTALE's SEWANEE PHOENIX LICENSE, LLC buying Religion KXEG-A/TOLLESON-PHOENIX for $500,000. Applications for the transfers are in the process of being filed with the FCC.
