EMMIS Top 40/Rhythmic KPWR (POWER 106)/LOS ANGELES morning host BIG BOY recently had actor/comedian GEORGE LOPEZ on in BIG BOY'S NEIGHBORHOOD and while discussing bad celebrity encounters, BIG BOY shared an encounter he had with KNBC-TV/LOS ANGELES sports anchor FRED ROGGIN.  Prior to becoming 'BIG BOY' at POWER 106, BIG BOY was in his car next to ROGGIN's and waved to ROGGIN and FRED didn't acknowledge him.
