RADIO DALHART is selling Regional Mexican KBEX (LA PODEROSA 96.1)/DALHART-AMARILLO, TX to MARIA CENICEROS' VIVA MEDIA, LLC for $450,000.  The buyer already operates the station under an LMA.

In other filings with the FCC, DON J. TLAPEK is selling the construction permit for a new FM at OLATHE, CO to MONTROSE CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $50,000.

GRUNDY COUNTY BROADCASTERS, INC. is turning over its 50% interest in GS RADIO OF ILLINOIS, LLC, licensee of WZRK/LAKE GENEVA, IL, to 50% partner SOVEREIGN CITY RADIO SERVICES, LLC and dissolving the partnership.  The original partnership was intended to allow WZRK to move to NORTHBROOK, IL by shutting down GRUNDY COUNTY BROADCASTERS' WCSJ-A/MORRIS, IL, which will now revert to GRUNDY COUNTY ownership.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling K243BM/BOISE, ID to FM IDAHO CO., LLC for $1.  The translator will rebroadcast Sports KNFL-A (ESPN BOISE 730/96.5)/BOISE, ID, which also rebroadcasts over K260AI/BOISE.

MY BRIDGE RADIO is selling K239BE/SIDNEY, NE to KSID RADIO, INC. for $10,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Country KSID-A/SIDNEY.

DENNIS SILVER is selling K251BC/KAYENTA, AZ to KBDX LLC for $2,500.

SPRING ARBOR UNIV. has closed on the sale of Religion WJKN-A/JACKSON, MI and W227BY/SOMERSET, MI to JACKSON LANSING CATHOLIC RADIO d/b/a GOOD SHEPHERD RADIO for $180,000.

WAY MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of W252CR/PHELPS, GA to NORTH GEORGIA RADIO GROUP, L.P. for $40,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Spanish Sports WDAL-A/DALTON, GA.

COMTEK, LLC has closed on the sale of W256CD/TALLADEGA, AL to SHELBY BROADCAST ASSOCIATES, LLC for $15,561 in a promissory note.  The station will rebroadcast SUMMITMEDIA Urban Inspirational WAGG-A/BIRMINGHAM.

And CHARLES WAYNE DOWDY has closed on the assignment of his 55% interest in SOUTHEASTERN BROADCASTING, INC., licensee of WGUO/RESERVE, LA, to brother JOHN M. DOWDY for assumption of debt.
