WILDCATTER WIRELESS, LLC is selling K296GK/PLEASANTON, TX to ALPHA MEDIA LICENSEE LLC for $610,000. The translator has a construction permit to move into SAN ANTONIO and will rebroadcast Talk KTSA-A.
ALPHA is also buying K277CX/TERRELL WELLS, TX from JOHN BARGER's SAN ANTONIO RADIOWORKS, LLC for $430,000; the primary station listed is Top 40/Rhythmic KTFM/SAN ANTONIO.
In other filings with the FCC, 930 AM WIZR RADIO, LLC is selling W275BS/JOHNSTOWN, NY to CRANESVILLE BLOCK CO., INC. for $150,000 ($25,000 down, $25,000 closing, and the rest in $1,000 weekly payments by direct deposit for 100 weeks). The translator rebroadcasts Classic Hits WIZR-A (Z102.9 AND AM 930)/JOHNSTOWN.
KRIS PERSAUD is assigning his 51% of WQTM, INC., licensee of Sports WQTM-A/FAIR BLUFF, NC, to SHANTI PERSAUD for her assumption of a loan for the AM transmitter (about $40,000).
