SID MARK, host of the nationally syndicated (115 stations) SOUNDS OF SINATRA WITH SID MARK, will be honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the SOUTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA MARCH OF DIMES at the organization's annual "Achievement In Radio" (A.I.R.) awards banquet on NOVEMBER 1st.
A veteran PHILADELPHIA air personality and programmer, MARK began his career in the 1950s on WHAT-A, and later became the award-winning programmer of the first full-time Jazz station in the country, WWDB. MARK now hosts FRIDAY WITH FRANK, SATURDAY WITH SINATRA and SUNDAY WITH SINATRA on INFINITY Talk WPHT-A (THE BIG TALKER).
