SUMMIT AC WHTI (EASY 100.9)/RICHMOND, VA names BILL BEVINS and SHELLY PERKINS for mornings.  

BILL BEVINS is a VIRGINIA BROADCAST HALL OF FAME inductee who has been on the RICHMOND airwaves for 40 years working with his partner and close friend SHELLY PERKINS for the past 13 years.

According to SUMMIT/RICHMOND VP Market Mgr. BOB WILLOUGHBY, "I can confirm that BILL and SHELLY have decided to join EASY 100.9, however they are currently at an undisclosed location working on their NEW show.  We are getting tremendous feedback that listeners are thrilled to have them back."
