Mike Brangiforte Gets MD Nod At WHJY Providence

CLEAR CHANNEL Rocker WHJY/PROVIDENCE PD SCOTT LAUDANI announces MIKE BRANGIFORTE as new MD, replacing the recently exited JOHN LAURENTI. MIKE, who previously worked at ENTERCOM Active Rocker WAAF/BOSTON, will also join GEOFF CHARLES in afternoon drive.

In other WHJY news, JOHNNY "SKIDMARKS" HAMBLETT joins the PAUL AND AL MORNING SHOW, and MISSY LANYON comes to overnights. LAUDANI last week added  night rockers QUINN AND CANTARA to sister stations WHEB/PORTSMOUTH, NH and WHEB/MANCHESTER, NH.
