LIBERMAN BROADCASTING's LBI RADIO LICENSE LLC is selling Ranchera KHJ-A (LA RANCHERA 930 AM)/LOS ANGELES to IHR EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING for $9.75 million ($9.25 million cash and $500,000 in a promissory note with annual interest payments at 5% per annum, with a balloon payment of principal and interest of $525,580.95 on the third anniversary).

In other filings with the FCC, COMMUNITY PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is selling W248BV/CUMMING, GA (suburban ATLANTA) to CLEAR CHANNEL's CC LICENSES, LLC for $110,000.  The primary station to be rebroadcast is listed as CLEAR CHANNEL Alternative WRDA (RADIO 105.7)/ATLANTA.

AMERICAN FAMILY ASSOCIATION is selling K268CP/JOPLIN, MO to JERRY W. TIBBETTS for $35,000.

BROOMFIELD BROADCASTING OF LEXINGTON, INC. has requested a Silent STA for WDEK-A/LEXINGTON, SC while it awaits approval for a tower move.

And ESTUARDO VALDEMAR RODRIGUEZ and LEONOR RODRIGUEZ have requested an extension of their Silent STAs for WREV-A/REIDSVILLE, NC, WSRP-A/JACKSONVILLE, NC, and WGSB-A/MEBANE, SC for financial reasons.  ESTUARDO VALDEMAR RODRIGUEZ, solo, has also filed for an extension of a Silent STA for WLLN-A/LILLINGTON, NC for the same reason.
