TODD MOHR is transferring 94% of SYNERGY MEDIA, INC., licensee of Oldies WKLA-A/LUDINGTON, MI, Country WKZC (Z95)/SCOTTVILLE, MI, and Hot AC WKLA-F/THOMPSONVILLE, MI, and SYNERGY LAKESHORE LICENSES, LLC, licensee of Classic Rock WWKR (94 K-ROCK)/HART, MI, News-Talk WLDN and W224CA/LUDINGTON, MI, and AC WMLQ (COAST FM)/MANISTEE, MI, to partners CRAIG BOWMAN and RICHARD YOUNG in exchange for retaining 100% of the construction permit for WKLA-F and some equipment and assets for his MITTEN MEDIA LLC (SYNERGY will retain the intellectual property and call letters of WKLA-F). After the transaction, MOHR will go from owning 98% to 4% and will resign as President of the company, while BOWMAN and YOUNG will each go from 1% to 48%.
