COLONIAL MEDIA + ENTERTAINMENT has promoted TONI KLOSS as GM and MEGAN SIMMS to GSM for the Company’s eight-station cluster in the OLEAN/BRADFORD market, effectively immediately.

Previously Business Manager, KLOSS will have general oversight of the CM+E’s activities marketwide. SIMMS, who was LSM at Country WBYB, will be responsible for building and coaching the local sales team.
