J&B WMYR, LLC is selling Classic Country WMYR-A (TWANG 106.7)/FORT MYERS and W294AN/FORT MYERS BEACH, FL to GULF BREEZE RADIO LICENSE LLC for $558,500 in a promissory note. The transaction would result in VEB BROADCASTING LLC owning 51% of the licensee and J&B owning 49%.
