Cazenovia College Station Settles Public File Violations In Consent Decree With FCC

CAZENOVIA COLLEGE and the FCC's Media Bureau have entered a Consent Decree settling public file violations at student-run noncommercial WITC/CAZENOVIA, NY with a "voluntary contribution" by the station of $1,000 to the U.S. Treasury.

In its 2014 license renewal application, the school admitted that its public file was missing issues/programs lists for fourth quarter 2007 through fourth quarter 2009.
