  The FCC has extended the deadline for comments in the docket containing the proposal to create a new Class C4 for FM stations in Zone II.
  
  At the request of REC NETWORKS, which informed the Commission that it will be involved with the GRASSROOTS RADIO CONFERENCE at the time of the original deadline, the new deadline has been extended a month to SEPTEMBER 18th. Replies are now due on OCTOBER 3rd.
