FOREMAN, is selling Sports WELM-A, Oldies-Variety WEHH-A-W230BB and Top 40 WLVY,(94 ROCK)/ELMIRA, NY; Country WOKN/SOUTHPORT, NY; W273AC and W229AS/CORNING, NY; and W229AR/WAVERLY, NY to GORDON ICHIKAWA's TOWER BROADCASTING LLC for $1.13 million plus an LMA before closing.

WILDCATTER WIRELESS, LLC is selling K247BZ/PORT LAVACA, TX to VICTORIA RADIOWORKS, LLC $40,000. The station will rebroadcast Adult Standards KNAL-A/VICTORIA, TX. The seller has also closed on the sale of the construction permits for three translators in KERRVILLE, TX -- K282BI, K254CD, and K274CP -- to RADIO RANCH, LTD. for $115,000.
WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA PUBLIC RADIO, INC. is selling W300CJ/HENDERSONVILLE, NC to RADIO HENDERSONVILLE, INC. for $55,000. The station will rebroadcast News-Talk WHKP-A/HENDERSONVILLE.
WESTBURG BROADCASTING MONTGOMERY, LLC has requested a Silent STA for WALQ-A/CARRVILLE, AL because the company, which became the licensee in a foreclosure, says that "the current economic client has made it difficult ... to keep WALQ on the air."

Also, DICKENSON COUNTY BROADCASTING CORPORATION, licensee of Classic Hits WDIC-F/CLINCHCO, VA, and EAST KENTUCKY BROADCASTING CORP., licensee of Classic Rock WPKE-F/COAL RUN, KY, have called off the plan that would have moved channels and upgraded WPKE and forced an involuntary channel change for WDIC. The moves, effectively a channel swap plus a WPKE class upgrade, have been pending for 10 years and were approved by the FCC and appealed by WDIC, but a settlement has called off the moves.
