After months of work, ALL ACCESS rolled out our brand new ALL ACCESS Video Section powered by VEVO, which features the videos, music and artists from UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP and SONY MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT and their affiliated labels YESTERDAY (8/18).
DEF JAM is the first label to step up and embrace the ALL ACCESS Video Section and will feature the brand new video by AFROJACK vs. THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS "DO OR DIE" (Remix) as the first Spotlight Video in the Top 40/Mainstream content section all of this week.
Key features of the new ALL ACCESS Video Section include:
** Watch spotlight and featured videos by radio format in a simple, easy to use tabbed interface
** Search for any artist, song, or record label in the VEVO library
** See the latest hot videos at a glance
** See all videos by one artist or record label all in one place at the same timeALL ACCESS President/Publisher JOEL DENVER said, "While in NEW YORK over the last two weeks, I was giving music execs and radio a first look at the ALL ACCESS Video Section. During the meeting with the entire DEF JAM RECORDS promo team, EVP/Promotion RICK SACKHEIM jumped on the opportunity to feature the AFROJACK vs. THIRTY SECONDS TO MARS 'DO OR DIE' (Remix) song as the first Spotlight Video in the Top 40/Mainstream content section, as well as release this important song to radio via ALL ACCESS DOWNLOADS. We're so pleased that RICK and his entire promotion team are 'out of the box' with the ALL ACCESS Video Section.
"This is a terrific content milestone for ALL ACCESS. We've been working on this for many months, along with enhancements to our fast-growing ALL ACCESS DOWNLOADS system to bring radio and the music industry the first end-to-end platform of its kind.
"ALL ACCESS can now be involved from the time a song is released digitally to radio and other media sources, to promoting it to radio, marketing it to radio, and now tying in a full-service video section with a growing number of additional features and more terrific content to come, including videos from the WARNER MUSIC GROUP, which will be added soon. All of this adds up to integrating new music in all forms, and helping content providers get their new music familiar to programmers more quickly than ever."
DENVER concluded, "My sincere thanks to VP/Digital MATT SHAPO, Lead Developer MIKE PAULSEN, VP/SEO & New Business MARK CAPUANO, all of our expert music format editors SHAWN ALEXANDER, PETE JONES, ED BROWN, DAVE HOEFFEL, MARK STRICKLAND, RJ CURTIS, BRITTANY PELLEGRINO, MONTA VADEN, JOHN SCHOENBERGER, KEN ANTHONY, MARK GILES, SAM WEAVER and our talented graphic artists DICKIE CHAPIN, NICK WAGNER and BRIAN ESQUIVEL for their help in making the ALL ACCESS Video Section a reality."
