ALL ACCESS sends out a big congrats to our buddy -- and column contributor -- ROSS BRITTAIN, who celebrates 40 years on the air TODAY (8/20).
BRITTAIN has headed up the morning show at CBS RADIO Classic Hits WOGL/PHILADELPHIA since mid-2004. He’s worked in NEW YORK, ATLANTA, NEW ORLEANS, CLEVELAND, HARTFORD as well as PHILLY -- twice! His bio on the WOGL website notes, "while in ATLANTA, he worked for CNN as a feature reporter and was a talk & game show host at Channel 36 there. He’s also made appearances in MADONNA’s 'Truth or Dare' and played a disc jockey in BLAKE EDWARD’s 'Switch'. In radio, ROSS has also hosted several syndicated radio programs, including, 'National Lampoon True Facts,' 'Rockin’ America,' 'Trivia Quiz' and has been the editor and publisher of a 20-page daily newsletter for radio station personalities since 1995."
