RADIO DISNEY's WFDF-A/FLINT had switched on its upgraded signal and has moved into DETROIT after three years of FCC and technical work. The 50,000 watt daytime signal was launched WEDNESDAY (9/5), and the new 18,000 watt night signal is expected to be approved by the FCC before the end of the month.
