ROY E. HENDERSON has won FCC approval to move WCUZ/BEAR LAKE, MI from 100.1 FM to 100.7 FM and upgrade from Class A to Class C3. The move also necessitates the change in an open allocation at CUSTER, MI from 100.5 to 99.9 FM and the downgrade of FAMILY LIFE COMMUNICATIONS Contemporary Christian WUGN/MIDLAND, MI from Class C to Class C0.
The FCC has also decided to make a new allotment on Channel 256A at LEXINGTON, MI a reserved channel for noncommercial use, pursuant to a counterproposal by EDWARD CZELADA to proposed commercial allocations at CASEVILLE and HARBOR BEACH, MI.
The Commission also admonished but did not fine (due to inability to pay and history of compliance) JEANNINE M. MASON for operating an STL for KTZZ/CONRAD, MT without a license.
