Sony Music Nashville To Relocate Offices

SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE (SMN) has finalized an agreement to relocate their offices in 2016.  They will vacate their current location at 1400 18th Avenue South in favor of a newly built property in the GULCH area of NASHVILLE.

SMN will shift their headquarters to the new GULCH TOWER located at 1201 Demonbreun. Construction on the new complex began this month and is slated for completion by OCTOBER 2016. EAKIN PARTNERS COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE will manage and lease the space.
