WMYX And Mark Summers Part Ways

ENTERCOM Hot AC WMYX (99.1 THE MIX)/MILWAUKEE afternooner MARK SUMMERS (aka MARK EDISS) exits after just 8 months with the station.

He posted on FACEBOOK, "Yesterday, I was let go from THE MIX," and added "YOU, my new MILWAUKEE friends and listeners, made it SO VERY COMFORTABLE and we thank you SO VERY MUCH for that! Not sure what the future holds, but I want you to know I sincerely appreciate having you as friends!"

PD JOJO MARTINEZ confirms the change, and tells ALL ACCESS, "MIX is taking things in a new direction and we are searching for a talent that can help us do that."
