SEEHAFER is transferring his 100% interest in SEEHAFER BROADCASTING CORPORATION to his son MARK SEEHAFER in a transaction that involves the elder SEEHAFER gifting his shares in equal portions to his four children, MARK SEEHAFER, SANDRA HALVERSON, KAREN STEVENSON, and DEBRA SEEHAFER, and then the shares being sold to MARK SEEHAFER for a total of $3.6 million ($1.2 million in a promissory note for each of the other three siblings).  SEEHAFER owns WISCONSIN stations News-Talk WFHR-A/WISCONSIN RAPIDS; Oldies WDLB-A (KOOL GOLD 1450)/MARSHFIELD; Sports WOSQ/SPENCER; AC WLKN (LAKE 98.1)/CLEVELAND; AC WLJY (Y105.5)/NEKOOSA; and AC WOMT-A and Classic Rock WQTC-F (Q102)/MANITOWOC.

In other filings with the FCC, VIRGINIA TECH FOUNDATION, INC. is selling W221CF/HARRISONBURG, VA to M. BELMONT VERSTANDIG, INC. for $62,500. The translator will rebroadcast News-Talk WSVA-A/HARRISONBURG.

WORLD RADIO NETWORK, INC. is selling K278BT and K239BK/HEBBRONVILLE, TX and K228FC/KINGSVILLE, TX to ARMIDA A. SAILLE for $10,500.

CUMULUS MEDIA's RADIO LICENSE HOLDING CBC, LLC has requested a Silent STA for KNEK-A/WASHINGTON, LA due to transmitter failure.

The three-way deal that puts THE SANTA BARBARA FOUNDATION (PACIFIC BROADCASTING) Classical KDB/SANTA MONICA under the ownership of the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA as a simulcast of Classical KUSC/LOS ANGELES and USC's noncommercial Classical KQSC in the hands of SANTA MONICA COLLEGE DISTRICT as a simulcast of its Triple A-News KCRW/SANTA MONICA-LOS ANGELES for $1.3 million paid to the SANTA BARBARA FOUNDATION has closed.  KUSC's programming has moved to KDB's signal, and KCRW's programming, with added local content, is now on KQSC's signal as KDRW.

NEW AGE MEDIA LTD. has closed on the sale of AC KWLE-A (1340 THE WHALE)/ANACORTES, WA from SAN JUAN COMMUNICATIONS, INC.  for $480,000.

CORNERSTONE COMMUNITY RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of W286AJ/JERSEYVILLE, IL to METROPLEX COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $60,000.

GREAT PLAINS CHRISTIAN RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of the construction permit for K245BQ/EMPORIA, KS to EMPORIA'S RADIO STATIONS, INC. for $20,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Talk KVOE-A/EMPORIA.

And COOKEVILLE CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING has closed on the transfer of low power FM WJNU-LP/COOKEVILLE, TN to ALGOOD CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING, INC. for no consideration.

Also, a low power FM construction permit has been granted to CALVARY CHAPEL OF HAYWARD, INC. at HAYWARD, CA.
