DONALD W. SEEHAFER is transferring his 100% interest in SEEHAFER BROADCASTING CORPORATION to his son MARK SEEHAFER in a transaction that involves the elder SEEHAFER gifting his shares in equal portions to his four children, MARK SEEHAFER, SANDRA HALVERSON, KAREN STEVENSON, and DEBRA SEEHAFER, and then the shares being sold to MARK SEEHAFER for a total of $3.6 million ($1.2 million in a promissory note for each of the other three siblings). SEEHAFER owns WISCONSIN stations News-Talk WFHR-A/WISCONSIN RAPIDS; Oldies WDLB-A (KOOL GOLD 1450)/MARSHFIELD; Sports WOSQ/SPENCER; AC WLKN (LAKE 98.1)/CLEVELAND; AC WLJY (Y105.5)/NEKOOSA; and AC WOMT-A and Classic Rock WQTC-F (Q102)/MANITOWOC.
In other filings with the FCC, VIRGINIA TECH FOUNDATION, INC. is selling W221CF/HARRISONBURG, VA to M. BELMONT VERSTANDIG, INC. for $62,500. The translator will rebroadcast News-Talk WSVA-A/HARRISONBURG.
