The weekend business show host on CLEAR CHANNEL News-Talk WKRC-A (55KRC)/CINCINNATI who faces domestic violence and felonious assault charges for shooting at his wife in an argument was sent back to jail for violating a protective order, reports ABC affiliate WCPO-TV/CINCINNATI.
"SMALL BUSINESS SUNDAY" host and JANI-KING cleaning company franchise owner BLAKE SEYLHOUWER, who is facing a maximum sentence of 11 years for the AUGUST 12th shooting,
allegedly sent a text message to his wife and show producer MISTY, disabled her phone's Wi-Fi service, and canceled their joint credit card, according to an affidavit. The court returned him to jail and set a $5,000 bond for SEYLHOUWER and reiterated that he should stay away from his wife. The police have accused SEYLHOUWER of firing a bullet into the driveway, sending concrete pieces at his wife as she turned her back on him during an argument at their home in MADEIRA, OH. She was injured, treated and released that day. SEYLHOUWER claims that the shooting was an accident, but prosecutors allege that it was deliberate; he was released on bond on AUGUST 19th and ordered to stay away from his wife and two small children. MISTY SEYLHOUWER filed for divorce last WEDNESDAY.
