FRONT RANGE SPORTS NETWORK, parent of Sports KDSP (102.3 ESPN)/DENVER and KJAC (105.5 ESPN)/FORT COLLINS-GREELEY, CO, has upped PD/OM TIM SPENCE to Station Manager.  With SPENCE's promotion, Promotions Director GARNER GOIN adds PD duties.

President/GM TOM MANOOGIAN said, "We have evolved as a company and need someone with TIM's experience and knowledge to oversee our combined station operations."
