Former SUN BROADCAST GROUP EVP STEVE GALLAGHER is launching a new broadcast talent agency, CREATIVE TALENT, INC.  The firm will also have a strategic alliance with former PREMIERE NETWORKS "AMERICA NOW" host ANDY DEAN's CONNECTPAL.COM.
