In other filings with the FCC, GERALD R. PROCTOR has closed on the sale of K272EB/WOODVILLE, TX to DAVID J. CUNNINGHAM for $9,000.

JENN MEDIA, INC. has closed on the sale of WQLA-A/LA FOLLETTE, TN to BEVERLY BROADCASTING CO., LLC for $11,000 ($3,000 cash, $8,000 in a promissory note).

And PRIORITY RADIO, INC. has closed on the sale of W242AV/SEAFORD, DE and W262BF/GEORGETOWN, DE to GREAT SCOTT BROADCASTING for $25,000 each.
