The station's license expired after it failed to file a renewal application until three months after its AUGUST 1, 2005 deadline, and two weeks after the deadline for petitions for reconsideration of the dismissal. The station was also hot with a default judgement for nonpayment of a $4,000 fine levied for operation after its license had expired.
