iHEARTMEDIA TOLEDO, OH cluster OM NATHAN REED told ALL ACCESS that they have launched Urban WVKS HD2 (94.9 THE BEAT).

REED who will also program the new station said, "It's a translator that covers the majority of the TOLEDO metro population.  We are looking forward to making roots in the community and serving a whole new client and listener base."
