FINGER LAKES RADIO GROUP is selling seven full-power stations and five translators in NEW YORK STATE to BRUCE DANZIGER, ERIC SIVERSTEN, KEN BARLOW, KEITH THOMAS, and BOB MAHLMAN's LONG POINT COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $3.375 Million.  BOB MAHLMAN JR. of THE MAHLMAN COMPANY represented the buyer; the deal has yet to appear in the FCC database.

The stations include AC WNYR/WATERLOO, NY; News-Talk WGVA-A and Classic Rock WLLW (99.3/96.3 THE WALL)/GENEVA-ITHACA, NY; Country WFLR-A-W270BY-W245BL/DUNDEE, NY; Country WFLK/GENEVA and WCGR-A-W283BF/CANANDAIGUA, NY (K101.7/K104.5); and News-Talk WAUB-A-W251AJ/AUBURN, NY.

Sold: Minnesota AM, Texas Noncommercial FM, Jacksonville AM Daytimer

In deals filed with the FCC, NORMIN BROADCASTING CO. is selling AC KSKK (THE ARROW 94.7)/STAPLES-BRAINERD, MN to JAMES INGSTAD's RADIO FARGO-MOORHEAD, INC. for $900,000.  The station filed this week for a frequency change and downgrade to Class C3 and move to FRAZEE, MN, which would put it in the DETROIT LAKES area.

OASIS OF FAITH, INC. is selling noncommercial Spanish Religion KRVP (RADIO VIDA)/FALFURRIAS, TX to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES OF THE VALLEY, INC. for $1.

SHAMROCK COMMUNICATIONS, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KZNV/AMARGOSA VALLEY, NV while it closes negotiations for a new site.

OREGON PUBLIC BROADCASTING has filed for an extension of its Silent STA for K219FJ/GLENEDEN BEACH, OR while it completes modifications to the station and sister noncommercial KOGL/GLENEDEN BEACH.

DAKOTA COMMUNICATIONS, LTD. has closed on the sale of Country KZKK (THE EAGLE)/HURON, SD to RIVERFRONT BROADCASTING, LLC for $300,000.

DREAMA THORNSBURY's HATFIELD MCCOY BROADCASTING, INC. has closed on the transfer Classic Country WVKM/MATEWAN, WV back to EVELYN WARREN's THREE STATES BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for forgiveness of debt.

YOUNG URBAN BROADCASTER ASSOCIATION has closed on the transfer of low power FM KRHM-LP/BAKERSFIELD, CA to PENTECOSTAL CHURCH OF GOD, I.M. 10 RPCA for a monthly $520 rent payment.

And in a deal yet to be filed with the FCC, WORD BROADCASTING NETWORK is selling Regional Mexican daytimer WYMM-A (LA PODEROSA 1530 AM)/JACKSONVILLE to Dr. ERNST MICHEL, Dr. SERGE VILVAR, and Dr. VORBES ALEGER's RADIO PUSSIANCE INTERNATIONAL, according to a report in the FLORIDA TIMES-UNION.  The buyers are flipping the station to Haitian programming in French-Creole.
