The NHL's ARIZONA COYOTES will remain with BONNEVILLE's PHOENIX radio cluster under a new three-year deal. Once again, all 82 regular season games and playoffs will air on a combination of Sports KMVP-F (ARIZONA SPORTS 98.7), News-Talk KTAR-F (KTAR NEWS 92.3 FM), and Sports KTAR-A (ESPN PHOENIX 620 AM). BOB HEETHUIS returns to handle play-by-play with former COYOTES defenseman NICK BOYNTON as color commentator, LUKE LAPINSKI as studio host, and TODD WALSH as feature contributor.
COYOTES Co-Owner/Pres./CEO ANTHONY LEBLANC said, “We are thrilled to renew our partnership with BONNEVILLE/PHOENIX. ARIZONA SPORTS 98.7 FM, ESPN PHOENIX 620AM and KTAR NEWS 92.3 FM provided our fans with outstanding COYOTES coverage last season and we look forward to three more years of COYOTES hockey broadcast on the Valley’s leading sports and news radio stations.”
BONNEVILLE VP/Market Manager SCOTT SUTHERLAND added, “We couldn’t be more excited to extend our partnership with the ARIZONA COYOTES. Adding the COYOTES to the ARIZONA SPORTS team one year ago was one of the best decisions we’ve made, and this season we plan to deliver more COYOTES content than ever to the great hockey fans in the VALLEY.”
