Programming vet LAUREN MACLEASH has been named OM for CBS RADIO Country KMNB (BUZ'N 102.9) and Adult Hits KZJK (JACK-FM)/MINNEAPOLIS, effective FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th. She succeeds ROB MORRIS, who was named VP/Programming for CBS RADIO/TAMPA in JULY (NET NEWS 07/14).
“I’m excited for LAUREN to assume the role of OM for KMNB and KZJK," said CBS RADIO/MINNEAPOLIS VP/Market Manager MICK ANSELMO. "MACLEASH comes with a highly regarded industry reputation as a team leader, brand builder (with sales savvy), and community advocate all threaded with a fierce competitive spirit. Her many years as on air personality and PD for CITIES 97, and recent role as PD of KQQL, sets the stage well for her new role on JACK and BUZ’N. Included in her past, was the 'CITIES SAMPLER' that has raised millions for local charities. KZJK will be 'Jacked' and NASHVILLE will be 'BUZN' with her addition to our talented staff."
MACLEASH has over 25 years of broadcast experience as a radio PD, including stops at (then Classic Rock) WGFX/NASHVILLE, Classic Rock WAFX/NORFOLK, Triple A WKOC/VIRGINIA BEACH, Hot AC KTCZ (CITIES 97) and Classic Hits KQQL/MINNEAPOLIS.
“The TWIN CITIES CBS RADIO team is amazing. I look forward to helping them build a legacy on this rock solid foundation,” said MACLEASH.
Congratulate her here.
