Boxer To Leave WMZQ

iHEARTMEDIA Country WMZQ/WASHINGTON midday host BOXER will transfer to sister station Country WCOL/COLUMBUS, effective MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29th. He will be handling afternoons live on WCOL, where he's been voicetracking the shift for the past five years. BOXER will also continue tracking Premium Choice for iHEARTMEDIA's Country stations.

Prior to handling the midday slot for WMZQ, BOXER did mornings for the station, before being replaced by PREMIERE NETWORKS's syndicated "THE BOBBY BONES SHOW" in MARCH (NET NEWS 03/05). Other stops for BOXER include WNCI/COLUMBUS, WWHT/SYRACUSE and WBOB and KEEY/MINNEAPOLIS.
