Live Nation's Arthur Fogel, Doc McGhee, Ben Silverman Honored At TJ Martell Spirit Of Excellence Awards

KISS' PAUL STANLEY and GENE SIMMONS, 'Dancing With the Stars" judge JULIANNE HOUGH, NICKEL CREEK and 'The Office" star KATE FLANNERY will be among the stars showing up at the TJ MARTELL FOUNDATION FOR LEUKEMIA, CANCER AND AIDS RESEARCH "SPIRIT OF EXCELLENCE" AWARDS, tomorrow night at the HYATT REGENCY CENTURY PLAZA HOTEL in LOS ANGELES.
STANLEY and SIMMONS will present longtime manager DOC McGHEE with the MUSIC INDUSTRY ACHIEVEMENT AWARD, joining fellow honorees, LIVE NATION Chairman Of Global Music & Pres./Global Touring ARTHUR FOGEL and ELECTUS Founder/Chairman and former NBC executive BEN SILVERMAN. The late veteran entertainment business manager, GARY HABER, will also be honored with a very special memorial tribute.
Performers include KATE FLANNERY, best known as the alcoholic Meredith Palmer on NBC’s "The Office," and part of the comedy act THE LAMPSHADES. Joining her will be SARA and SEAN WATKINS of the platinum-selling progressive bluegrass group, NICKEL CREEK. Actress and "Dancing with the Stars" judge JULIANNE HOUGH will be among the guests at the event.
FOGEL will receive the ENTERTAINMENT VISIONARY AWARD from LIVE NATION Pres./CEO and Director MICHAEL RAPINO. SILVERMAN will be honored with the ENTERTAINMENT ACHIEVEMENT AWARD, while a special memorial tribute will take place for the late business manager GARY HABER, who passed away last APRIL in LOS ANGELES from cancer.
