Longtime HOUSTON sports radio host and commentator BARRY WARNER has joined YAHOO! SPORTS RADIO as a contributor and will also host a "BARRY WARNER CLASSIC MINUTE" feature on sister GOW COMMUNICATIONS Sports KGOW-A (YAHOO! SPORTS RADIO 1560) and KFNC (ESPN 97.5 THE TICKET)/HOUSTON, WARNER will appear weekly on YSR's "PRIME CUT WITH SEAN SALISBURY AND JOHN GRANATO" and "HIT 'EM UP WITH GEOFF KETCHUM."
WARNER, before his retirement a host on CBS RADIO Sports KILT-A (SPORTS RADIO 610)/HOUSTON and a former Sports Dir. at KIKK and analyst for HOUSTON ROCKETS TV broadcasts, said, “I am thrilled to be part of YAHOO! SPORTS RADIO and play even a small part in one of the largest multi-platform sports networks worldwide. I have been on radio for more than 50 years, and it’s fantastic to join this generation in embracing the digital world in combination with the radio medium.”
