AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA's AGM CALIFORNIA, INC. is selling Religion KERI-A/BAKERSFIELD to WILKINS PARENT CORP.'s BAKERSFIELD CHRISTIAN RADIO CORP. for $777,500. The buyer's WILD WEST RADIO CORP. is concurrently buying Religion KKIM-A/ALBUQUERQUE, NM from AMERICAN GENERAL MEDIA's AGM NEVADA, LLC for $587,500.
In other filings with the FCC, CAROUSEL BROADCASTING, INC. is assigning the construction permit for K254BY/GRAEAGLE, CA to CALIFORNIA STATE UNIV., SACRAMENTO for no consideration.
ALPHA MEDIA LICENSEE LLC is seeking a Silent STA for K296GK/PLEASANTON, TX, telling the FCC that after it closed on the station, it determined that the station had ceased operation on FEBRUARY 25th and needs time to build its new facility at a new location in SAN ANTONIO, where it will rebroadcast Talk KTSA-A.
