BROADCAST COMPANY OF THE AMERICAS/SAN DIEGO VP/Market Manager NORM FEUER is retiring and market veteran MIKE GLICKENHAUS is taking over the cluster on an interim basis.
FEUER, the longtime radio executive who founded TRIATHLON BROADCASTING and FORCE II COMMUNICATIONS, headed VIACOM's radio operations, and managed clusters for CLEAR CHANNEL, has managed the BCA stations -- Classic Hits XHPRS (MAX 105.7) and Sports XEPRS-A (THE MIGHTY 1090) -- since 2012.
GLICKENHAUS, who managed clusters in the SAN DIEGO market for CLEAR CHANNEL/JACOR/NOBLE and FINEST CITY BROADCASTING, worked for BCA owner JOHN MOORES at U-T SAN DIEGO (formerly the SAN DIEGO UNION-TRIBUNE) as VP/Sales through FEBRUARY after stints at the SAN DIEGO BUSINESS JOURNAL, TRIBUNE INTERACTIVE and VMIX MEDIA.
