BRUCE H. LINDER is selling SPRINGFIELD RADIO, INC., licensee of Classic Hits KNSG (CLASSIC HITS 94.7)/SPRINGFIELD, MN to KMHL BROADCASTING COMPANY, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MINNESOTA VALLEY BROADCASTING CO., for $55,000. BRUCE LINDER is the brother of the buyer's principal JOHN LINDER; the buyer operates KNSG as part of its MARSHALL, MN cluster.
In other filings with the FCC, PUBLIC TELEVISION 19, INC. has requested an extension of its Silent STA for K285ER/OSAGE BEACH, MO due to the relocation of the transmitter for primary station KTBG/WARRENSBURG, MO and consequent loss of signal to feed the translator.
