JUDY DEANGELIS tells the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS that she chose TUESDAY (9/30) as the day she'll be retiring after 26 years in mornings at CBS RADIO News WINS-A/NEW YORK because "OCTOBER 1st is my birthday, and I wanted my birthday off."
DEANGELIS joined WINS after a stint at crosstown Talk/AC WNBC-A, leaving that station when it was shuttered to make way for the move of Sports WFAN-A from 1050 AM.
