Voting Open For Classic Rock Roll Of Honour Radio Station Of The Year

Classic Rock Roll Of Honour Awards

Voting begins today for the U.K. CLASSIC ROCK HALL OF HONOUR's CLASSIC ROCK RADIO STATION OF THE YEAR in major, medium and small-market categories, according to KRANTZ MEDIA GROUP's KMG NETWORKS, the U.S. rightsholders.

For the first time, radio listeners can vote for their favorite Classic Rock station in the balloting, which runs through WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 22nd.

Voting will be conducted via banners with a link to the voting site provided by KMG NETWORKS on a non-exclusive basis to all interested Classic Rock radio stations.

The radio winners will receive their awards at a special pre-event ceremony on MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3rd, the night before the event. Host SAMMY HAGAR will acknowledge them the following evening at the Awards ceremony from the stage of THE AVALON in HOLLYWOOD.

In addition, VH1’s ”ON TAP WITH NIK CARTER” will feature two weeks of lead-in programming with "THE ROAD TO CLASSIC ROCK ROLL OF HONOUR AWARDS," followed by several artist-dedicated shows that spotlight nominees and performers.  In addition, there will be live reports from the red carpet and backstage, plus a two-hour post-event special available to all Classic Rock stations.
