JOURNAL BROADCAST GROUP Top 40 KHTT (106.9 KHITS)/TULSA has named TOMMY JORDAN as its new morning show host and JEREMY YOUNG for nights. JORDAN's resume includes stints in ALLENTOWN, PA; FREDRICK, MD; and TRENTON, NJ. YOUNG has previously done middays in FAYETTEVILLE, AR and nights in COLLEGE STATION, TX.
“TOMMY stood out as one of the best talents in the country during our search,” KHITS PD JET BLACK said. “His experience, ideas and positive attitude will be a welcome addition to our JOURNAL family here in TULSA.
“Our station has been lucky to have been a proving ground for some of AMERICA’s best talent over the years, and in keeping with that tradition, finding JEREMY just 100 miles away was a big time stroke of luck,” BLACK continued. “He is a diamond in the rough and he’s already proven to be exceptional in growing our presence online. The response to his show has been phenomenal.”
“We’re live and local with no plans to discontinue that winning formula,” he concluded. “This market has proven time and time again that it wants and will continue to connect with local personalities. Adding these two great jocks alongside the powerhouse team already in place at KHITS only reaffirms our place as the #1 destination for listeners across all age groups.”
