Ginzkey Appointed Connoisseur Media/Omaha GM

CONNOISSEUR MEDIA has named JOHN GINZKEY GM of their OMAHA cluster. The company is acquiring KBBX from JOURNAL BROADCAST CORP. and also has a construction permit for a new FM station that they anticipate will be on the air in early 2007.

CONNOISSEUR MEDIA VP DAVID BEVINS commented, "JOHN GINZKEY brings us over 22 years of radio management experience, and 13 of those years were in OMAHA. We’re delighted to have JOHN aboard."

Added GINZKEY, a founding member of the METRO OMAHA RADIO BROADCASTERS ASSOCIATION who has also served on the board of officers for the OMAHA AD FEDERATION and the FRANCIS SIENNA HOUSE, "I’m excited to be joining the CONNOISSEUR team and to be back in the OMAHA market."
