ANDREA TANTAROS and her ASTERO, LLC have settled their breach of contract suit against TALK RADIO NETWORK ENTERTAINMENT INC.

A stipulation filed THURSDAY in U.S. District Court for NEW JERSEY dismissed the case with prejudice, saying that the matter had been "resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties."  The parties are covering their own legal fees, but other terms remain confidential.

The FOX NEWS CHANNEL personality sued her former radio show syndicator over alleged misrepresentations about its sales and marketing efforts and failure to disclose its suit against its ad sales representatives.
