  ENTERCOM Top 40/Rhythmic KDGS (POWER 93.5)/WICHITA MD/afternoons 'ROLLS' ROYCE STEVENSON has been promoted to APD, effective immediately. KDGS PD GREG WILLIAMS commented, "ROYCE has been a loyal, dedicated, and passionate team member for all of ENTERCOM/WICHITA, but more importantly he has been my left arm and right leg and is deserving of this promotion."
  
  STEVENSON retains his air shift and MD duties.
