PENNY, the office dog for BENZTOWN, is a finalist in FAST COMPANY magazine's AMERICA'S NEXT TOP OFFICE DOG CONTEST.
PENNY is a 15-year-old Chihuahua mix rescued from the animal shelter 12 years ago by BENZTOWN owner DAVE"'CHACHI" DENES. She may be 105 in dog years, but PENNY still has a keen ear for great radio, keeping watch over BENZTOWN’s BURBANK, CA, offices.
PENNY was chosen for the honor from 300 office dogs competing for the title. As you can see here, the dogs have been separated into five groups. On FRIDAY, OCTOBER 24th, FAST COMPANY will have a "best in show" type run-off to determine the overall winner. PENNY is a finalist in the HARDLY WORKING category. Within this category, she is pictured on the 5th row, 4th from the left, wearing a hot pink sombrero, so you can’t miss her!
