RASCAL FLATTS will treat SIRIUSXM listeners to a private performance at FIDDLE & STEEL GUITAR BAR in NASHVILLE. The legendary PRINTER'S ALLEY club where the band first formed and played in 1999 is slated to close its doors at the end of 2014.
"The FIDDLE & STEEL GUITAR BAR is a very special place for us, it's where we got our start," explained RASCAL FLATTS' GARY LEVOX. "We couldn't be happier to play here one last time before their doors are shut -- and to not only the roomful of folks, but fans listening across the country live on SIRIUSXM."
SIRIUSXM subscribers can enter to win tickets to the event and read official rules at www.SiriusXM.com/RascalFlatts. The concert will also be rebroadcast on SIRIUSXM's THE HIGHWAY channel, is being made available through the SIRIUSXM smartphone app, and can be streamed online at www.SiriusXM.com.
"RASCAL FLATTS has had one of the longest running successful careers in NASHVILLE today, but it all started at a special place, the FIDDLE & STEEL GUITAR BAR," stated SIRIUSXM Sr.Dir./Country Music Programming JOHN MARKS. "We know it will be a special night for RASCAL FLATTS and the best way (what better way is there) to toast the final closing time for the FIDDLE & STEEL GUITAR BAR."
"RASCAL FLATTS REWIND -- BACK TO WHERE IT ALL BEGAN" will air live on SIRIUSXM's Y2KOUNTRY channel 57 on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6th at 8p (ET).
