(WILLIS BROADCASTING) is selling Gospel WCPK-A/CHESAPEAKE, VA to NANCY EPPERSON's CHESAPEAKE-PORTSMOUTH BROADCASTING CORP. in exchange for the buyer building out the seller's Silent WPCE-A/PORTSMOUTH, valued at $100,000, plus a one-year free lease and 15 year lease thereafter at $600/month to triplex WPCE from the buyer's tower site, and payoff of the seller's outstanding regulatory fees.

In other filings with the FCC, WOLF RADIO, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for WOLF-A/SYRACUSE while it implements its new format, expected by DECEMBER 1st.

HYE CHA KIM has requested an extension of the Silent STA for WDGR-A/DAHLONEGA, GA due to loss of its transmitter site.
