iHEARTMEDIA News-Talk KKSF-A (TALK 910)/SAN FRANCISCO has offiically named ED BAXTER as host for weekdays 10a-1p (PT).  BAXTER, the former crosstown KGO-A anchor (1976-2011) who has been a commentator and fill-in host at TALK 910 since 2012, fills the midday slot that became open after FROSTY STILWELL exited in AUGUST.
