Richmond Flying Squirrels, Fox Sports 910 Ink 3-Year Renewal Deal

iHEARTMEDIA Sports WRNL-A (FOX SPORTS 910)/RICHMOND has inked a three-year extension to continue as the radio home of minor league baseball's RICHMOND FLYING SQUIRRELS. The EASTERN LEAGUE club, the Double A affiliate of the World Champion SAN FRANCISCO GIANTS, has aired on the station, formerly SPORTS RADIO 910, since its 2010 inception. JON LAASER and JAY BURNHAM will return to call the games.
SQUIRRELS VP/COO TODD "PARNEY" PARNELL said, “We are elated to continue this relationship with one of our foundational partners in RICHMOND. We have tremendous pride in the quality of our broadcasts, and FOX SPORTS 910 RICHMOND has unfailingly provided us the resources and assistance to maintain that level of quality.”
PD AARON TRIMMER added, “We are thrilled to renew our partnership with the RICHMOND FLYING SQUIRRELS and continue to broadcast FLYING SQUIRRELS Baseball to the RVA on FOX SPORTS 910 and across the nation with IHEARTRADIO and www.foxsportsrichmond.com.”
