The station was recently transferred back to WARREN by DREAMA THORNSBURY's HATFIELD MCCOY BROADCASTING, INC. for forgiveness of debt.

KBIA.ORG reports that STEPHENS will retain the KWWC call letters and move its programming online; KWWC will flip to Classical upon closing, with KBIA adding News-Talk programming daytimes and Classical at night.
