Joe Polek Lands At WACH In Columbia

Signing The Hiring Papers!

JOE POLEK has been named Digital/Internet Editor for WACH Fox TV in COLUMBIA, SC.  He was most recently the morning show producer & Promotions Director for COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY Contemporary Christian WMHK (89.7)/COLUMBIA.  His position was eliminated when COLUMBIA UNIVERSITY sold its radio holdings in COLUMBIA and CHARLOTTE to EMF BROADCASTING (K-LOVE & AIR1).

On his newfound position, JOE commented, "It's official! I have accepted the job of Digital/Internet Editor with WACH Fox TV in COLUMBIA, SC!  Basically, I am in charge of their website and their social media platforms. I start WEDNESDAY. We are thanking GOD for providing me with a job that I will enjoy.  

"The toughest part of leaving radio is all the incredible people that I have met and interacted with. CMB Momentum, email forums, promotional events... I will greatly miss many of my radio friends. I have always wanted to make the jump to TV and WACH Fox is giving me that opportunity. I am excited for this new adventure."
