  COUNTRY RADIO SEMINAR (CRS) is now accepting applications for its 3rd ANNUAL RUSTY WALKER SCHOLARSHIP program, which was created to honor COUNTRY RADIO HALL OF FAME member RUSTY WALKER, who passed away in MAY 2012.
  
  The scholarship will provide an all-expense paid trip and attendance to CRS 2015. Interested parties can apply now through MONDAY, DECEMBER 1st, with the winning recipients being announced on WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3rd.
